I have no idea how we humans have got into the habit of cooking and cleaning in the morning. Morning, the mind is like a dew drop, awake and calm. Everything around is quiet. It is brimming with ideas along with that hot coffee. And everything cools down when chores take over. Cook, clean and again clean. By afternoon, the dew drop has evaporated. Even the evidence of its presence is not found anywhere. The mind shuts down. People who love to cook do not suffer this problem. They begin their day doing the thing they love to do. People who love to clean are forever erasing the memories the omnipresent dust creates. It is us in the creative world who suffer from the squandering of fresh morning hours. It would make a lot of sense if we cooked and cleaned in the afternoon than in the morning.
Today I found this leaf highlighted by the sun. May be the sun also gets tired looking at the same thing again and again. It also need something different and colourful to feel worthy of its rays. And it picked up this colourful one, and made it a kaleidoscope.
